After 3 hours in the smoker. Had to leave for work, so I finished it in the oven. Most flavorful chicken I've ever had. Methinks I'm going to have to stock up on wood chips and propane.

I love my smoker. I cook everything in it. Mine doesn't use propane just woodchips and charcoal.

Go cut you a hickory tree. I chunk my own hickory wood from where we have a wood stove and will occasionally fell a hickory. Smokers are where its at. I am thinking about getting a new one myself.

I have been looking at getting a smoker myself, my hubby isn't too sure though. Any good arguments to come back with when I come home with a new smoker lol
